Credenciados.<\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4><strong>DIRECIONAMENTOS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4>Para fins deste contrato, DIRECIONAMENTO \u00e9 um mecanismo de regula\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s do qual a OPERADORA avalia e gerencia o encaminhamento do Benefici\u00e1rio\/paciente para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos e demais eventos em sa\u00fade, em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/h4>\n<h4>A OPERADORA disp\u00f5e de Rede Preferencial para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os procedimentos complexos, que ser\u00e3o sempre avaliados pela Auditoria M\u00e9dica da OPERADORA, que poder\u00e1 determinar o DIRECIONAMENTO do paciente para um dos recursos de sua Rede Preferencial e de acordo com a categoria de plano contratado.<\/h4>\n<h4>Os atendimentos em Hospitais Credenciados, Unidades de Pronto Socorro e Pronto Atendimento que venham ser prestados aos benefici\u00e1rios, caso apresentem a necessidade de interna\u00e7\u00e3o ou perman\u00eancia maior que um per\u00edodo de 12 (doze) horas naquela unidade, ser\u00e3o avaliadas pela Auditoria M\u00e9dica da OPERADORA, que poder\u00e1 determinar a transfer\u00eancia do paciente para um dos Hospitais de sua elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4>Para fins deste contrato, DIRECIONAMENTO \u00e9 um mecanismo de regula\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s do qual a OPERADORA avalia e gerencia o encaminhamento do Benefici\u00e1rio\/paciente para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos e demais eventos em sa\u00fade, em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/h4><h4>A OPERADORA disp\u00f5e de Rede Preferencial para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os procedimentos complexos, que ser\u00e3o sempre avaliados pela Auditoria M\u00e9dica da OPERADORA, que poder\u00e1 determinar o DIRECIONAMENTO do paciente para um dos recursos de sua Rede Preferencial e de acordo com a categoria de plano contratado.<\/h4><h4>Os atendimentos em Hospitais Credenciados, Unidades de Pronto Socorro e Pronto Atendimento que venham ser prestados aos benefici\u00e1rios, caso apresentem a necessidade de interna\u00e7\u00e3o ou perman\u00eancia maior que um per\u00edodo de 12 (doze) horas naquela unidade, ser\u00e3o avaliadas pela Auditoria M\u00e9dica da OPERADORA, que poder\u00e1 determinar a transfer\u00eancia do paciente para um dos Hospitais de sua Rede Preferencial.<\/h4><h4>Esta remo\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de total responsabilidade da OPERADORA e n\u00e3o caber\u00e1 ao benefici\u00e1rio\/paciente nenhuma responsabilidade nos tr\u00e2mites burocr\u00e1ticos relacionados a este
